Client profile.
Our clients wanted their garden transformed into a space fit for entertaining, relaxing and working from home in a new garden office.
With plans to build a kitchen extension off their terraced property in Richmond, the garden needed to complement their refined style.
We selected striking materials, bespoke features and premium products that work harmoniously together to create a show-stopping design.

Materials & Planting.

Accoya wood is used throughout the design as a premium and sustainable timber, noted for its strength and durability.
White porcelain indoor-outdoor tiles create an aesthetically pleasing and seamless transition between the garden and property extension.
Terrazzo tiles in a summery shade clad the retaining walls adding artistic flare to the design. The russet flecks of colour complement the evolving appearance of the planting across seasons.
Our clients required a low maintenance design with no ground level planting. We removed the existing lawn and softened the hard landscaping with raised beds and green walls.
SENTENCE ABOUT TREES AND SPECIFIC PLANTS

evolving landscape
We wanted to balance the terrazzo and porcelain tiles with an organic hard landscaping material that would continue to complement the scheme over time.
Accoya wood was selected for its premium quality and versatility to be incorporated throughout the garden in numerous ways.
The contemporary furniture, integrated storage benches, screening posts and cladding will evolve in appearance as the timber gradually silvers from element exposure.
